Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Identity Operations Platform Developer / Engineer for a top enterprise organization. This candidate will design and build a production-ready Identity Operations Console and Identity Health Dashboard focused on improving the visibility, governance, and remediation of hybrid identities across Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. The engineer will leverage technologies including Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, C#/.NET, SQL Server, Power BI, and Azure to correlate identities across enterprise systems, detect identity drift and provisioning issues, and develop guided remediation and governance workflows. This is an opportunity to play a key role in modernizing enterprise identity architecture and moving toward Microsoft Entra ID as the primary identity control plane.
Day-to-Day:
- Design and build an internal Identity Operations Console and Identity Health Dashboard
- Correlate identities across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR systems, and SCIM-integrated applications
- Identify duplicate/missing accounts, lifecycle inconsistencies, anchor mismatches, synchronization failures, cloud-only identity drift, and provisioning anomalies
- Develop identity health scoring and classifications
- Build guided remediation and identity validation workflows
- Support duplicate account reconciliation and onboarding/promotion validation
- Develop identity lock and containment functionality
- Maintain exception documentation, audit history, and change tracking
- Develop Power BI dashboards and identity-health reporting datasets
- Build operational metrics and surface recurring identity failure patterns
- Produce executive and technical reporting
- Partner closely with Platform Engineering and Identity stakeholders
- Turn existing concepts, prototypes, workflows, and documentation into a production-ready platform
- Support ERMCO's transition toward Microsoft Entra ID as the primary identity control plane
