This team shapes how our client brings new Commercial Personal Systems innovation to market, inspire customers, and advance the commercial value of their AI Experiences portfolio. They do this by developing AI narratives that position them as a thought leader, equipping sales and technical pre-sales teams with assets that make AI real, and demonstrating innovation value through tangible proof points.
As part of this team, they will play a critical role in building and scaling HP’s AI PC customer case study program, from sourcing and qualifying customer stories to developing the content and supporting assets that bring the value of AI PCs to life. In addition to the core case study work, this role may also support broader AI Experiences go-to-market initiatives, content development, and cross-functional asset delivery as business needs evolve.
They will work across this client's global ecosystem to source and qualify case study opportunities and contribute to compelling customer content that demonstrates the value of AI PCs across industries and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client's regional marketing teams, partner managers, technical pre-sales teams, customer success organizations, and key stakeholders to identify potential AI PC customer success stories.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of case study opportunities, tracking progress from identification through publication.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve a master set of qualification questions and evaluation criteria for local AI and AI PC customer opportunities.
- Qualify customer stories by assessing business relevance, customer readiness, measurable outcomes, and strategic alignment.
- Participate in customer and stakeholder interviews to gather insights, success metrics, use cases, and business outcomes.
- Analyze customer challenges, use cases, solutions, and results to develop clear business value narratives that resonate with business and technical audiences.
- Develop written case studies, customer profiles, presentations, and supporting assets.
- Identify trends, common use cases, and emerging customer themes to inform future storytelling and marketing initiatives.
- Support executive presentations and strategic initiatives with customer references and business value insights.
- Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure timely completion of case study development, customer storytelling, and related GTM asset activities.
