We are seeking a Superintendent to oversee a variety of light industrial construction projects ranging from $300K to $20M. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to work on diverse projects including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and flex industrial spaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite activities
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Enforce safety standards and quality control measures
- Lead job site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Experience with light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or similar project types preferred
- Ability to manage projects ranging from $300K to $20M
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, and quality control practices
