Looking for Senior Project Managers & Project Managers Data Center Construction | Self-Perform Concrete Division Austin, TX Salary from $135k - $240k depending on experience
Our client is a nationally recognized General Contractor with a strong presence across mission-critical, industrial, and advanced technology construction. Due to continued growth and the award of a large-scale data center project, they are seeking both a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager to join their Self-Perform Concrete Team.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile mission-critical project, overseeing complex concrete packages including foundations, slabs, structural concrete, equipment pads, and site concrete.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of self-perform concrete operations on a large-scale data center project.
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, billings, change orders, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Oversee procurement, buyout activities, and contract administration.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all work is executed safely and in compliance with company and client standards.
- Drive quality control and ensure concrete work meets stringent mission-critical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and junior team members.
