Responsibilities:
- Operate filling, packaging, and production equipment to meet daily production, quality, and safety targets.
- Set up production lines, perform basic autonomous maintenance, and assist with line changeovers and equipment adjustments.
- Conduct quality checks, monitor fill weights, collect samples, and accurately document production and quality data.
- Maintain a clean work area, support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/5S), and help eliminate process waste.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required, with experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environments preferred.
- Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspections, recordkeeping, and maintaining production standards.
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, bend/stoop frequently, and lift to 50 lbs.
