Remote | 6–8 Month Contract | NetSuite Experience Required
A growing and innovative organization is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the finance team during a period of growth and operational enhancement. This is a fully remote contract opportunity expected to last 6–8 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and has strong experience working within NetSuite. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting the broader accounting function.
Responsibilities
- Perform key duties related to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and support compliance with GAAP
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research variances
- Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting
- Support external audits and respond to audit requests
- Help improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows
- Partner with FP&A, operations, and other departments on cross-functional initiatives
- Assist with system enhancements, reporting improvements, and data integrity within NetSuite
- Support multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required
- Experience in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial analysis
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

- Public accounting experience and/or CPA designation
