We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Support to join a leading Company located in Mauston, WI.
Shift: 1st Shift Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $21
We are looking for a person to join our customer support team who would be responsible for the planning of orders and communicating with the customer daily. These customer accounts can range from some of the largest corporations in the world down to a small 10-person shop. This office position will require the person to work with people from various departments in our company.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years Customer support representative experience.
- Business to business experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment that requires responding to the customer needs.
- Good written and verbal skills are required.
