Duties & Responsibilities
- Tax Advisory & Compliance: Lead tax advisory and compliance services for pass-through entities across diverse industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, and Professional Services.
- Technical Research: Perform complex tax research and author clear, client-ready technical memos using a deep understanding of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations.
- Client Portfolio Management: Independently build, maintain, and grow client relationships, including managing engagement billing and collections.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, train, and mentor tax staff to support their professional growth and team performance.
- Engagement Execution: Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring high standards of delivery and efficiency.
- Firm Leadership & Operations: Serve as a champion for firm growth by participating in internal committees focused on staff development, operational improvements, and client experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent RGCO in the broader business and professional community with high energy and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive public accounting experience with a strong background in technical tax consulting and research.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Certification: Active CPA license required.
- Key Skills: Proven leadership, team-building, time management, and client relation skills.
salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors
