Join an industry leader delivering world-class infrastructure in a Remote role as a Supplier Quality Representative based locally in the Houston area. In this role, you will perform in-shop supplier surveillance and verify critical materials against global codes across high-impact energy, nuclear, and infrastructure projects.

responsibilities:
- Perform in-shop quality surveillance, examinations, and testing at vendor facilities to verify material and equipment compliance with codes and procurement requirements.
- Participate in kickoff and pre-fabrication meetings to confirm witness/hold points, inspection plans, calibrated tools, and qualified procedures before work starts.
- Identify and reject nonconforming materials, collaborating with suppliers and project teams to establish corrective actions and satisfactory dispositions.
- Release conforming materials for shipment and report surveillance findings to project personnel and customers.
- Conduct document reviews and monitor supplier performance across global energy, nuclear, LNG, and infrastructure projects.
qualifications:
High school diploma, Associate degree, or college coursework with relevant in-shop inspection hours, or 2+ years of related quality surveillance experience.
Industry certification such as ASNT Level II, AWS CWI, AMPP/NACE, or NPCA, alongside familiarity with ISO 9001, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, or NQA-1.
Experience with EPC projects in energy, nuclear, LNG, mining, or major infrastructure, with international supplier experience preferred.
