The Opportunity As a High-Volume Operations & Stylist Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for essential high-volume roles across the business, focusing heavily on Fulfillment/Warehouse Associates and Remote Stylists. Managing candidate pipelines at scale - from initial sourcing and screening through offer extension - you will leverage recruiting data, AI tools, and market insights to hit ambitious hiring goals while delivering a seamless candidate experience.
salary: $36 - $38 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- High-Volume Pipeline Execution: Own end-to-end high-volume recruiting for hourly operations, warehouse, and remote stylist roles - including active sourcing, screening, assessing candidate fit, extending offers, and tracking conversion metrics against hiring targets.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines using multi-channel sourcing, job boards, digital engagement platforms, and creative attraction strategies to adapt quickly to fluctuating hiring demands.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Leader Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and Talent Acquisition teammates to communicate pipeline health, report on funnel metrics, highlight recruitment risks, and recommend data-driven adjustments based on market conditions.
- Candidate Experience at Scale: Ensure an efficient, transparent, and engaging candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, moving applicants swiftly through the hiring funnel, and balancing recruiting velocity with thoughtful assessment.
- Process Optimization & Recruitment Tech: Drive continuous recruitment improvements by leveraging AI tools, automation, and talent technology to increase efficiency, optimize funnel conversion, and streamline recruiting operations.
