What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose hydraulic leaks and assist with hydraulic system repairs.
- Perform basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication work.
- Maintain auxiliary equipment, including dryers, grinders, heat controllers, and thermolators.
- Perform basic forklift maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance.
- Support facility maintenance and help maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Work with production teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on mechanical and maintenance experience.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to identify equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
- problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn hydraulic and electric injection molding equipment.
- Availability to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift.
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience is preferred. Familiarity with injection molding equipment and OSHA safety practices is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment, injection molding machines, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general maintenance, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting, along with basic welding, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic skills.
We operate both hydraulic and electric injection molding machines. Training will be provided on our specific equipment; however, candidates must possess the fundamental maintenance skills and technical knowledge outlined below.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic leaks and assist with hydraulic system troubleshooting.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and equipment adjustments.
- Complete basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and assist with equipment repairs.
- Perform plumbing repairs and general building maintenance.
- Maintain and repair auxiliary and support equipment, including dryers, grinders, heat controllers, thermolators, and related equipment.
