Your Impact
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate Robust relationships with internal teams, customers, and jurisdictional agencies to ensure seamless service.
- Drive Efficiency: Perform vital document retrieval, preparation, and filings, maintaining absolute accuracy.
- Solve Complex Problems: Guide customers through service offerings and resolve order fulfillment challenges proactively.
- Innovate Processes: Challenge existing procedures and recommend strategic improvements to enhance team efficiency.
What You Bring
- Essential: Associate's degree or 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with exceptional data entry and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, or commercial banking.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (Overtime as needed)
