We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. A major focus of your daily responsibilities will involve monitoring account aging reports, actively managing collections, and conducting professional outreach to secure timely payments while maintaining positive vendor relationships. You will also oversee cash application by accurately matching incoming ACH, wire, and check payments against open balances and performing routinely structured account reconciliations.
Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for customer dispute resolution, investigating deduction discrepancies, pricing issues, or tax exemption queries alongside our internal sales and logistics teams. To help protect the company’s bottom line, you will support credit management by assessing creditworthiness for new business accounts and recommending appropriate payment limits and terms. Sage software experience is strongly preferred, as you will rely heavily on Sage to maintain ledger accuracy, process credit memos, generate aging reports, and streamline our overall billing workflow.
