Client Support Specialist Industry: Financial Services/ Banking Assignment Details
Duration: 12-month contract Location: 100% onsite, 1160 N. Plaza Drive, Schaumburg, IL 60173 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Position Overview This is a client/customer service role supporting our banking client’s clients and their accounts.
Requirements
Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy Outstanding written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities at once Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships Basic understanding of the brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
