On behalf of our Human Resources client, Procom is searching for a Strategic Talent Advisor for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake or Austin TX or Orlando, FL office.
Strategic Talent Advisor - Job Description:
The Strategic Talent Advisor will design and implement data-informed recruiting strategies tailored to business needs and workforce plans. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights, and guiding the hiring process to achieve strategic talent acquisition goals.
Strategic Talent Advisor - Responsibilities:
- Design and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing market insights and talent recommendations.
- Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage various sourcing channels and tools to engage prospective candidates.
- Apply structured assessment methods to evaluate candidates.
- Partner with interview teams to ensure fair and effective interviewing practices.
- Build strong relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business.
- Deliver a positive experience for candidates and hiring partners.
- Apply critical thinking and business understanding to guide decision-making.
Strategic Talent Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex roles.
- Experience in skills-based and competency-based candidate assessments.
- Strong stakeholder consultation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strategic Talent Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or business areas.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent market analysis.
- Understanding of employment branding concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
