About the Role:
As a Production Associate, you’ll support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with production, assembly, packaging, and quality inspections. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly while maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and meeting production goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform production, assembly, sorting, and packaging tasks.
- Operate production equipment after training.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Label, organize, and prepare materials for production or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
What You’ll Need:
- Some warehouse or manufacturing experience is required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials as required.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.28 per hour
