Waltham, MA $24.00/hour Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 12-Month Assignment

In this role, you will assemble, test, and calibrate electronic equipment while ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, testing equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
Assemble and test electro-mechanical products
Calibrate electronic devices according to specifications
Use hand tools and testing equipment to verify performance
Complete manufacturing documentation and work orders
Track labor and production activities within company systems
Identify quality issues and support corrective actions
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
0-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
Basic computer skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
