Akkodis is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a Direct Hire with a client in Lauderdale, FL (Remote). The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support to players by resolving accounts, payment, wagering, and technical inquiries while maintaining full ownership of cases through resolution. Salary Range: $45K/Yearly to $58K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Service Desk Analyst: $45,000 to $58,000 base
Shift Schedule: IGT Help Desk (All Times ET) Shift definitions
- Day: 07:00 to 15:00
- Swing: 15:00 to 23:00
- Night: 23:00 to 07:00 (listed under the day the shift starts)
Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities include:
- Provide professional support to players via phone and email, resolving accounts, payment, wagering, and technical issues.
- Manage support tickets from creation through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Maintain ownership of customer cases and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
- Utilize AI-powered support tools and knowledge systems to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Escalate high-priority issues appropriately while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to compliance, security, responsible gaming, and operational procedures in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of customer support, help desk, service desk, call center, or player support experience.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution through phone and email support channels.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled support tools in a fast-paced environment.
