Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Global Treasurer to lead treasury strategy, liquidity, capital planning, and financial risk management for a global organization. This highly visible role partners closely with the CFO and senior finance leadership and combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global treasury, liquidity, cash forecasting, and capital strategy
- Manage banking relationships, debt financing, credit facilities, and M&A funding
- Oversee FX exposure, hedging, investments, and financial risk
- Establish treasury policies, SOX controls, and governance
- Drive treasury technology and process improvements
- Develop executive and Board-level financial analysis and reporting
- Build and lead a high-performing global treasury team
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CTP, or CFA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive treasury, finance, or accounting experience
- Senior-level global treasury leadership experience
- Strong background in liquidity, capital markets, debt financing, FX/hedging, and banking
- Experience operating across multiple countries and legal entities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
