- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, decision logs, and delivery forecasts.
- Monitor execution against commitments and proactively manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure that deliverables, owners, due dates, acceptance criteria, and handoffs are clearly defined.
- Facilitate project governance, working sessions, status reviews, release readiness reviews, and leadership updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Software Development Project Management
- Manage application development, modernization, platform enhancement, integration, cloud, data, and automation projects.
- Coordinate Agile delivery activities, including backlog readiness, sprint and release planning, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.

- Coordinate work across engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, platform, infrastructure, operations, and support teams.
- Track implementation milestones, integration dependencies, testing, operational readiness, support transitions, and measurable project outcomes.
- Ensure runbooks, monitoring, support ownership, escalation paths, and production-readiness requirements are completed before project closure.
- Monitor agreed outcomes related to reliability, operational efficiency, incident reduction, detection, and recovery. Stakeholder and Resource Coordination
- Serve as the primary project contact for business, product, technology, and leadership stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal employees and vendor resources assigned to project workstreams.
- Ensure vendor resources understand project priorities, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and quality expectations.
- Track capacity, assignments, and delivery progress across project resources, while escalating resource gaps or performance risks through the appropriate management channels.
- Facilitate clear communication, decision-making, accountability, and collaboration across distributed and matrixed teams.
- Prepare concise project status reports and present progress, risks, decisions, financial status, and recommendations to leadership.
