3-5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or similar architecture role Strong enterprise infrastructure architecture experience Hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred) Experience designing and leading enterprise system integrations and implementations Experience architecting solutions for large-scale projects and technology initiatives Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform Experience working with ERP systems and related integrations Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and third-party vendors

Insight Global is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join a leading shipbuilding organization. This individual will be responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise infrastructure solutions that support large-scale technology initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud and infrastructure architecture, experience leading system integrations and implementations, and the ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business objectives.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and application teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions supporting ERP platforms, enterprise applications, and digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
Design and architect enterprise infrastructure solutions for new projects, system implementations, and technology modernization initiatives Develop technical designs and integration strategies for on-premise and cloud-based platforms Lead vendor discussions, technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and product comparisons Create architecture roadmaps, documentation, and implementation plans Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery Support ERP-related initiatives and integrations across enterprise systems Drive cloud adoption, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on architecture standards and future-state solutions Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives
