Job Description
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Implementation Specialist to work remotely in Miami/ Ft. Lauderdale with office visits (3-4 days/month) to lead the onboarding and deployment of our SaaS platform for new clients. Our target clients are mid-to-large-scale pharmacies (50+ employees). Because our software functions as an end-to-end operational backbone, its rollout impacts nearly every department within a client’s organization, including customer service, prescription entry, dispensing, accounting, compliance, reporting and analytics, shipping, and inventory management.
As the Implementation Specialist, you will act as the primary project manager, strategic consultant, and system expert for our clients during their onboarding journey. You will navigate complex organizational structures, align multiple stakeholders, and ensure a seamless transition to our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle of client onboarding, from post-sale kickoff to successful go-live and post-launch stabilization. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex client organizations (50+ employees), acting as the central point of contact for leaders across operations, finance, compliance, warehouse/shipping, and customer service. Workflow Mapping & Configuration: Consult with clients to deeply understand their legacy processes. Configure our SaaS platform to optimize workflows for prescription entry, dispensing, inventory management, and accounting. Project Management: Develop and maintain meticulous project plans, timelines, and milestones. Proactively identify risks, manage scope creep, and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery. Training & Change Management: Empower client teams through comprehensive training sessions, ensuring all departments feel confident navigating the new system. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to relay client feedback, report bugs, and ensure a smooth handoff post-implementation.
Collaborate with Account Managers by identifying unaddressed operational gaps during onboarding (e.g., additional user licenses, premium reporting modules, hardware integrations) and submitting qualified expansion opportunities.
