Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Data Platform Migration for a top global retail/footwear client. This candidate will step into a long-standing enterprise data transformation program and lead its remaining workstreams through successful delivery. The role will own end-to-end project execution across a complex modern data ecosystem, including platform migration and modernization, reporting, data acquisition, data contracts, observability, user enablement, and legacy warehouse retirement. The ideal candidate has successfully led a large-scale data platform or warehouse migration and understands how to coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams in a global, matrixed environment. They do not need to be the deepest technical SME in Snowflake, Astronomer, Power BI, or Databricks, but they must understand the activities and risks involved in major platform migrations and be able to translate that understanding into a rigorous delivery plan. This person should be a people-first, highly engaged leader who can quickly establish credibility, navigate ambiguity, proactively manage risk, and create a high level of confidence in delivery.
