Job Description

Our client is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support remodel and renovation projects across occupied, operating veterinary hospitals. This is an owner-side role focused on renovations, expansions, equipment upgrades, and interior improvements rather than ground-up construction. The CM will own projects from pre-construction through closeout, serving as the main point of contact between contractors, designers, hospital leadership, and internal stakeholders.

What They'll Be Doing:

Manage 15-25 projects annually across multiple locations/time zones
Projects typically run 3-6 months
Own projects from drawings through closeout
Manage scope, schedule, budget, contractors, and project risks
Coordinate phased construction around active hospital operations
Manage night/weekend work, shutdowns, and temporary relocations when needed
Work directly with hospital managers, contractors, designers, and internal stakeholders
Approximately 75% stakeholder-facing communication
Operate independently without significant hand-holding
