IT Network Services Vendor and Relationship Manager

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in enterprise network operations, infrastructure, telecommunications, field services, or technology vendor management; degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience managing vendors, technical service delivery, project coordination, escalations, scopes of work, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Hands-on knowledge of Cisco and Arista environments, including Network Smart Hands and enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, data-center, MDF/IDF, and structured-cabling environments. Experience with Cisco IOS/IOS XE/NX-OS and Arista EOS/CloudVision, with knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, switching, routing, resiliency, and enterprise optics. Experience with ServiceNow, structured-cabling/construction standards, and relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Arista ACE, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or PMP.

Job Description

The IT Network Services Vendor and Relationship Manager leads day-to-day relationships with network technology, structured-cabling, telecommunications, and field-service partners. The role coordinates service requests and project work from intake through closure, maintains clear communication between vendors and internal teams, and holds partners accountable for schedule, quality, documentation, and service commitments. The position also provides or coordinates Network Smart Hands support in Cisco and Arista environments. This includes site validation, equipment installation support, cabling and connectivity checks, console access, hardware replacement, and field troubleshooting under the direction of Network Engineering.
