Job Description

This role is responsible for serving as the liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to successfully deliver EDI and systems integration projects within a logistics environment. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience, expertise in EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, and the ability to create detailed data mappings using XML and JSON formats. This position requires proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving technical implementations from requirements gathering through deployment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to effectively manage client expectations, facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical groups, and ensure project milestones are met. Experience within freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, or supply chain operations, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, SQL, and integration platforms such as Boomi, Sterling Integrator, or Informatica, is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
