Billing Specialist

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of billing, audit, accounting, AP/AR experience
• Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse industry experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers both written and verbal
• Ability to identify and solve problems, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Work with little or no supervision, and work well in a team setting

Job Description

The Billing Specialist - Specialty Customers is responsible for invoicing non-standard billing specialty customers. The individual in this role is responsible for billing each assigned account according to negotiated and defined customer required specifications. In addition, to managing invoice delivery distribution and returned customer invoices. This requires someone with critical thinking abilities that can plan, prioritize, and meet customer billing deadlines. This position is in a branch of the Accounts Receivable Department in Accounting and Finance reporting to the Billing Team Lead.

Pay Rate: $19.50
