AI Business Process Analyst

Job Description

• Engage business stakeholders to understand current workflows and pain points
• Analyze operational processes and recommend AI-driven improvements
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Recommend AI tools and solutions aligned to business objectives
• Support business case development and value assessments
• Partner with leadership to drive AI adoption across the organization
• Act as a business-side champion during AI implementation efforts
• Help ensure solutions align with intended business outcomes and process requirements

Skills and Requirements

• Strong Business Analyst, Process Improvement, or Consulting background
• Experience analyzing current-state versus future-state business processes
• Understanding of AI concepts and practical business applications
• Ability to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience conducting discovery sessions and gathering requirements
• Executive-facing presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and process optimization experience
• Experience with Agentic AI, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI technologies
• Business Process Improvement certifications or methodologies
• Program or Project Management experience
• Change Management experience
• AI implementation or AI strategy experience
• Experience building ROI/business justification models
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
