Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an Automation/Controls Engineer to support machine commissioning, equipment modifications, and the implementation of new machinery. This individual will work alongside other engineers on project-based assignments while troubleshooting and improving automated equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Commission and implement new automated machinery, ensuring equipment is properly integrated and operational. Program, configure, and modify Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC systems using Studio 5000. Troubleshoot electrical and automation issues involving PLCs, HMIs, I/O, drives, and inverters. Support machine modifications and upgrades to improve equipment functionality and meet project requirements. Assist with HMI programming and controls integration for new and existing manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with other engineers on project-based initiatives, gradually taking on greater project ownership as experience with the equipment grows.
