Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh menu items including salads, wraps, and fruit cups with attention to quality and safety
- Follow Chick-fil-A recipes and food safety standards consistently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout your shift
- Support kitchen operations during morning and daytime hours, typically between opening and 5:00 PM
- Assist with stocking inventory and keeping kitchen equipment in good working order
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and workplace policies at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented with a cheerful, positive attitude
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry regularly as required
