You will maintain a clean, organized and properly stocked workstation using specialized equipment and following FIFO (First In First Out).At Chick-fil-A the Kitchen Prep Person is more than just a job, its an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator you will gain life experience that goes well beyond serving great food in a friendly environment. .

Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation- Slice, wash and chop fresh produce for salads, wraps and side items
• Menu item assembly- Prepare items such as fruit cups, parfaits and cold catering items.
• Food safety and sanitation- Follow strict food safety and sanitation procedures including proper labeling, dating and storage of ingredients
• Cleanliness- Maintain a clean, organized work area by washing dishes, cleaning equipment and sweeping floors.
• Support team members with food preparation tasks as needed
