Kitchen Manager - Chick-fil-A® - Mall at Fairfield Commons Lead the Kitchen. Grow the Team. Make an Impact. We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who is ready to take ownership, lead with purpose, and help create an exceptional experience for both guests and Team Members. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitchen operations and keep the team moving with speed and excellence
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and accuracy
- Train, coach, and develop Kitchen Team Members
- Build an organized, positive, high-performing kitchen culture
- Manage inventory, food prep, waste, and kitchen equipment
- Lead shifts and solve problems quickly and confidently
- Partner with restaurant leadership to improve operations and results
What We’re Looking For
- A natural leader who enjoys developing people
- Strong work ethic and a take-ownership mindset
- High standards and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant or kitchen leadership experience preferred, but great character and leadership potential matter most
