Position Title: Paralegal
A plaintiff personal injury practice in El Paso is adding a Paralegal to a litigation team where the partners work alongside their staff and handle whatever the case requires. The role supports two attorneys, a partner and an associate, on a docket built around heavy discovery, motion practice, and active e-filing. Support staff is in place at each office, and a litigation assistant manages calendaring outside of discovery, which allows the Paralegal to concentrate on substantive case work. Leadership is hands-off and approachable, and mentorship is available to those who want it.
The firm is easygoing, supportive of its employees, and respected for the quality of its work. Yearly reviews include raises, and a path exists toward a Senior or Lead Paralegal title. The position is onsite, and the dress code is business casual. Professionals who take ownership of their cases and manage deadlines proactively will find a team that values those habits.
