Primary Job Responsibilities
- Process documents accurately and in a timely manner to ensure proper insurance coverage and client satisfaction
- Identify policy types and determine necessary actions (e.g., PUD, Townhome, Flood, Wind)
- Make timely premium payments from escrow accounts to ensure continuous coverage
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple demands and priorities
- Communicate and coordinate with insurance agents and carriers to verify information and meet deadlines
- Maintain professionalism in all communications and uphold client values and commitments
- Address questions and concerns promptly and appropriately
- Build and maintain effective internal relationships and support teamwork
- Understand the role's context within the organization and ensure smooth workflow transitions
- Communicate status updates and escalate issues as needed
