Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals with experience in shipping, packing, and receiving who are comfortable using computer systems and working in a team-oriented setting. 📍 Location: Lantana, FL 💲 Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour 🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders using an online warehouse management system. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, perform quality checks, and ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders using computer-based systems.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
- Load and unload containers and freight.
- Perform inventory control and cycle count activities.
- Ensure products are labeled and stored correctly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing orders.
- Complete data entry and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Experience in shipping, packing, and receiving in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory control processes.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Quality assurance or quality control experience.
- Experience using RF scanners and barcode equipment.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
