Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage customer orders, maintain customer profiles, and coordinate load route, dispatching, and scheduling activities.
- Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring loads arrive on time and in good condition while providing status updates to customers and account managers.
- Communicate with drivers, conduct check calls, provide routing instructions, and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Investigate shortages, damages, and overages, maintain accurate documentation, and validate load information for accounting purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain experience.
- General knowledge of transportation operations, freight movement, routing, and shipment tracking.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, follow detailed instructions, solve problems efficiently, and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
