📍 Location: Santa Clara and Fremont, CA 💲 Pay: $32-38/ hour About the Role Are you the person others turn to when a server issue can't be solved? We're looking for an experienced Server Repair Technician to diagnose complex hardware failures, perform advanced troubleshooting, and help drive repair quality across enterprise server systems. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex server hardware issues.
- Perform component-level replacement and validation testing.
- Conduct stress testing and analyze system performance failures.
- Document diagnostics, repairs, and corrective actions in repair tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot server architecture, networking, firmware, and operating system issues.
- Interpret error logs, diagnostic codes, and test results to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support process improvements that increase repair accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and serve as a resource for less experienced technicians.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of server repair, diagnostics, or hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Strong knowledge of server architecture, components, and configurations.
- Experience with server diagnostics, stress testing, and root cause analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, firmware, BIOS, and operating system issues.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and common server communication protocols.
- Familiarity with Linux command line and terminal-based diagnostics.
- Ability to read schematics and understand motherboard repair processes is a plus.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise servers or data center environments.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, A+, Network+, or similar.
- Experience with motherboard-level troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with quality control and repair operations in a manufacturing or depot environment.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour
