Responsibilities for Senior Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:
· Perform complex client pricing reconciliations through contract interpretation, financial modeling, and data analysis in support of client pricing commitments for 3,000 + clients · Interface with account management, contract management, pharmacy accounting, and legal teams in support of meeting client contractual pricing commitments and influencing change in future client contracts · Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve outcomes and maximize client profitability · Deliver timely client reconciliations based upon contractual turnaround times and requests submitted by account management · Prepare month end, and quarter close business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates · Support Client Audit teams in responding to audit inquires and request with ad-hoc analysis and reporting utilizing various systems and tools such as SAS, Databricks, SQL, and Tableau · Seeks out new opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
Candidates Senior Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Experience with Contract Interpretation and application of Contractual agreements to actual performance · Solid analytic background, attention to details, experience managing big data sets and financial modeling · Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment · Solid executive presence, communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders · Ability to build solid relationships at all levels, work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment · SAS and SQL experience · Proven success functioning in a dynamic professional environment where the responsibilities change regularly · Experience using Microsoft PowerBI, Databrick, Tableau · PBM experience · Solid quantitative and analytical skills, complimented by an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset · High degree of initiative and self-motivation

Pay Details: $27.82 per hour
