Responsibilities for Recruiter include but are not limited to:
· Serve as a talent advisor and advocate for internal employees throughout the recruiting process. · Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening through offer acceptance. · Educate candidates and hiring managers on internal recruiting processes and policies. · Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified internal candidates. · Match internal talent with appropriate career opportunities based on skills and experience. · Partner with hiring managers, Employee Success, Compensation, and other stakeholders to support internal mobility initiatives. · Participate in and support recruiting programs and process improvements. · Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and process-driven environment while meeting deadlines.
Candidates for Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· 5–8+ years of recruiting experience; internal recruiting experience preferred. · Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across a matrixed organization. · Experience partnering with and influencing senior-level hiring managers and executives. · Strong client engagement and consultative recruiting skills. · Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a high-volume environment. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with strong follow-through. · Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities. · Experience aligning with organizational values through professional, leadership, military, volunteer, or other relevant experiences.

Pay Details: $50.45 per hour
