Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Packaging & Labeling Technician I to join our Packaging team. This role supports both the Label Room and Packaging operations, ensuring products are accurately labeled, packaged, documented, and prepared according to quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process work orders and assemble, label, and package products according to established procedures.
- Print and verify labels, batch records, and production documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Perform quality checks and assist with in-process and finished goods inspections.
- Cross-train and support other Packaging and Label Room operations as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and other duties assigned by leadership.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Packaging, labeling, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
- Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
