Pay & Schedule Information:
- Pay Rate: $23.00/hr + $3.00/hr shift differential for weekend shift
- Available Shifts
- Standard Shift: Monday-Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Additional $3.00/hr shift differential)
- Overtime opportunities available
- Overtime applies after the 10th hour worked (10-12 hour shifts)
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and specifications
- Read and follow diagrams, drawings, and assembly procedures
- Use basic hand tools, measuring equipment, and assembly fixtures
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Document inspection results and production information as required
- Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
- Perform repetitive, precision assembly work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level opportunity: no experience required
- Comfortable performing hands-on assembly work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and work instructions
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks consistently and accurately
- Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly work throughout the shift

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
