Pay: $18.25 per hour Shift: 1B – Tuesday through Saturday Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM Location: Rural Hall, NC Position Overview Adecco is currently hiring dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a 1st shift opportunity in Rural Hall, NC! We are looking for hardworking individuals with warehouse or material handling experience who can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials in a warehouse or storage facility.
- Perform picking, packing, scanning, sorting, kitting, and inventory counting.
- Use handheld barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 7S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience operating material handling equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Experience using handheld barcode scanners.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
- Handle objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
- Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
