- After Training: $22.68/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days
- Flexible schedule

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of the company, helping customers find solutions while providing professional and positive service.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues
- Discuss payment options and negotiate payment arrangements
- Respond to customer emails with a helpful, can-do attitude
- Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Follow established call scripts and procedures
- Manage multiple systems while maintaining an engaging customer experience
- Represent the company with professionalism and positivity
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need years of customer service experience - we're looking for someone with the communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn to succeed!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures
- Motivated to learn, meet goals, and grow professionally
- Ability to work onsite in Geneseo, NY
