- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday Remote, Tuesday-Thursday In Office)

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and email inquiries regarding orders, pricing, lead times, and product availability
- Process customer orders and updates in SAP while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Support sales representatives and regional managers with order status, expedites, and customer requests
- Resolve customer issues, shipping discrepancies, and product-related concerns while providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or call center environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; SAP experience preferred and Salesforce experience a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
