Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes (Mazak, Mori-Seiki, Star) to manufacture precision components according to blueprint specifications and tolerances.
- Load programs, tooling, and fixtures; perform first-piece inspections and verify measurements using precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance, make tooling and offset adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and prepare machines for unattended production runs.
- Maintain quality records, inspect finished parts, replace worn tools, and follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of CNC machining experience with strong knowledge of lathe operations, machine setup, and production machining.
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret geometric tolerances, and use measuring tools such as gauges, optical comparators, and Faro Arms.
- Experience with CNC programming, G-code editing, computer-aided manufacturing, and general computer skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
