What You'll Be Doing
- Lead complex Epic Beacon build, configuration, enhancement, and optimization efforts
- Partner closely with physicians, nurses, operational leaders, and oncology stakeholders
- Drive planning, design, testing, implementation, and go-live activities for key oncology initiatives
- Analyze and improve oncology workflows to support operational efficiency and patient outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Beacon-related functionality and best practices
- Provide strategic input on system design and future-state oncology workflows
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Epic Beacon experience
- Strong understanding of oncology workflows and clinical operations
- Hands-on experience with Beacon build, configuration, and implementation activities
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, solve complex problems, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
