Client Services Coordinator

Client Service Coordinator Lake Elmo, MN | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | $18-20/hour | 3 month ContractWe're seeking a friendly, organized professional to join a local financial services office as a Client Service Coordinator. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations, assisting clients, and helping ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and serve as a primary point of contact for the office
• Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination
• Prepare paperwork and maintain client records
• Support client service requests and follow up on outstanding items
• Process invoices, expense reports, and general administrative tasks
• Maintain organized documentation and compliance records
• Assist with office coordination, supply ordering, and reporting
• Support marketing initiatives, client events, and team projects as needed
