Accommodations Specialist Start Date: November 30, 2026Location: Tempe, AZ 85281Schedule: Hybrid | Mondays onsite | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMEmployment Type: Contract (6 Months) What You'll Do

• Manage accommodation request workflows, documentation tracking, and employee follow-up activities.
• Partner with employees, managers, HR, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of accommodation requests.
• Maintain accurate records, coordinate documentation collection, and support process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR, administrative, benefits, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based systems.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
• Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, Box, leave administration, benefits administration, or accommodations is a plus.
• Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, leave processes, or accommodation case support is preferred but not required.
