**Position Highlights:**
- Consistent 11 PM–8 AM overnight shift

We’re looking for dependable drivers with at least 6 months of hands-on yard hostling experience who can confidently perform blindside backing.

What You’ll Do
- Operate a yard goat to safely move, stage, and position 53-foot trailers throughout the yard.
- Perform blindside backing and accurately place trailers into dock doors and designated parking areas.
- Couple and uncouple trailers, including connecting and disconnecting air and electrical lines.
- Coordinate trailer movements with yard personnel and dock teams to maintain efficient operations.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all yard safety procedures while supporting peak-season transportation operations.

What You Will Do
As a Yard Hostler Non-CDL you will perform responsibilities that support the daily operations of your assigned employer while following established procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. - Spot and stage 53-foot trailers throughout the yard. – Back trailers into dock doors, including blindside backing. – Operate yard goat equipment safely and efficiently. – Hook and unhook trailers, including air and electrical connections. – Coordinate trailer movements with yard and dock personnel. – Maintain safe operating practices throughout each shift.
