Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Refill restroom and break-room supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Clean spills promptly and place warning signs when floors are wet.
- Follow cleaning schedules and use supplies and equipment safely.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
- Follow facility rules for working around manufacturing equipment and production areas.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred; training may be provided.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Basic ability to communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies or equipment as required.
- Work may take place in an active manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, varying temperatures, and moving equipment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE and follow facility safety requirements.

What You Will Do
As a Janitorial you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
